南亞人離散故事 – 九龍清真寺導賞

身為在香港生活的年輕穆斯林，青年大使們分享了自己如何看待及堅守宗教，並向不熟悉伊斯蘭教的參加者介紹其文化。其後，一行人轉到聖安德烈堂，青年大使分享不同宗教信仰的故事，啟發大家反思宗教對個人的意義。
The Youth Ambassadors, speaking as young Muslims in Hong Kong, shared their perspectives on faith and introduced their culture to those unfamiliar with Islam. The group then moved on to St. Andrew’s Church, where stories from different religions prompted everyone to reflect on the personal meaning of faith.

灣仔是多元社群聚居的地方，我們日常經過的街道及店舖，背後亦有有趣的故事。這次導賞團帶領大家探索灣仔的多元文化足跡，從多元社群經營的餐廳、雜貨店到社交場所，讓我們認識到不同社群的生活方式。原來多元社群的日常生活與我們如此接近。
Wan Chai is a place where diverse communities gather. This guided tour leads everyone to explore the multicultural footprints of Wan Chai, from restaurants, grocery stores to social venues operated by diverse communities, allowing us to understand the lifestyles of different communities. It turns out that the daily lives of diverse communities are so close to ours.

印度教、錫克教及耆那教同樣會慶祝排燈節。是次導賞，參加者先到灣仔錫克廟共享食堂享用膳食，並體驗錫克教的宗教儀式，其後走訪跑馬地印度廟參加歌舞慶典。活動展現離散社群如何在香港傳承故鄉文化，並適應本地環境。
Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism all celebrate Diwali. During this guided tour, participants first visited the Sikh Temple in Wan Chai where they enjoyed a meal at the langar and experienced Sikh religious rituals, before proceeding to the Hindu Temple in Happy Valley to join the singing and dancing festivities. The activity showcased how diaspora communities preserve their homeland culture while adapting to the local environment in Hong Kong.

此次錫克廟導賞團包括參觀共享飯堂及罕有較少對外開放的廚房，旁遮普語導師Kaur亦講解錫克教歷史與文化，並教授旁遮普語。活動深入探索錫克教傳統，並從中了解他們的離散經驗。
This Sikh temple tour included a visit to the communal dining hall and the rarely opened kitchen. Punjabi teacher Kaur explained Sikh history and culture, and taught Punjabi. The event deeply explored Sikh traditions and offered insights into their diaspora experience.

灣仔愛群道清真寺除了是穆斯林禮拜的地方，也是五臟俱全的社區中心，南亞穆斯林和華人穆斯林會一起祈禱、吃飯、休息閒聊。是次導覽團，在港南亞朋友Talha與參加者一起深入愛群清真寺，參觀禮拜堂、圖書館、小淨室、餐廳等地方，認識穆斯林教義並聆聽香港穆斯林離散社群的故事與經驗。
The Ammar Mosque is not only a place of worship for Muslim but also a community center. South Asian Muslims and Chinese Muslims come together to pray, eat, relax, and chat. In this tour, Talha will join participants in exploring the Ammar Mosque, learn about Islamic teachings and listen to the stories and experiences of the Muslim diaspora community in Hong Kong.

離散Overcooked #2——家食復刻

本次活動中﹐參加者學習烹調華人離鄉者的家傳餸菜，以及如何記錄食譜及了解傳承的重要性。講者將現場示範烹飪過程，並分享與餸菜有關的故事。參加者亦有帶上自己家傳的食譜及家鄉食物，藉由食物作為媒介與他人分享自己的「家」的故事。
In this event, participants will learn to cook traditional dishes of Chinese emigrants, as well as how to document recipes and understand the importance of culinary heritage. The speaker will demonstrate the cooking process on-site and share stories related to the dishes. Participants also bring their own family recipes and hometown foods to share their personal “home” stories with others using food as a medium.
